- This is a coveted 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with loft condo located right at the base of Brian Head. There are two lifts within 100 yards of the front door, and the closer one is 30 feet from the back deck. Lift #8 Alpen Glow and Lift #1 Wildflower are accessible directly from the condo.
- The fishing pond and park/recreation area are steps from our condo. You can see the water from the front porch.
- We have a clubhouse with a games room, indoor and outdoor recreation area, sauna and hot tub, a small exercise room and horse shoes. Perfect for a day after skiing or summer activities.
- We are steps from ATV/off roading or snowmobile trails that wind throughout Utah. If you want the maximum time on the mountain, this is the place for you. It is the ideal location in Brian head for convenience and ease in every season.
- The kitchen is fully furnished and completely stocked with every appliance and amenity you could need or want.
- There is a fireplace and a BBQ grill. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. A washer and dryer in the unit makes your vacation in the mountains much easier.
- The bathrooms have recently been remodeled and are beautiful with granite tile and counters and a massive walk in shower with rain shower head. It is relaxing and invigorating .
- There are flat screen LCD TVs in the family room and the master bedroom and a TV system in the loft. We have guest access WiFi, cable, DVD system and a popcorn machine for movie nights. There is a wood burning fireplace to snuggle up by the fire.
- We have a deck with chairs to watch the skiers during the winter, enjoy the stunning colors in the fall or enjoy the beautiful weather during the spring and summer.
- The loft is ideal for children to play. My kids love sleeping in the bean bag chair. It is a exquisite mountain cabin with the vaulted ceilings and decor to match the mountain cabin theme. It is the rustic mountain feel with the beauty and amenities of today.
- We have a beautiful master bedroom and upstairs bedroom with a very cabin like decor. Custom made beds and dressers to enhance the mountain cabin like feel. It is a perfect retreat for couples and families.
- This condo is ideal for one or two families. Three could fit but it would be very snug.
