"Acienda" is in a "dry" county. It is best if you get your alcohol before you arrive. It is much cheaper in LasVegas.
We have the best of two world's. We are located half way between St. George (less than 20 miles) and Zion National Park (a little more than 20 miles). Acienda is located near the quaint town of Hurricane. St. George has shopping, restaurants, antique stores, and live theatres. Zion has hiking, biking along with great art galleries.
Our home is located in an exclusive subdivision with 30 other southwestern homes. We are located on 1.6 acres. The custom adobe home has acid etched floors through out the house with log pole ceilings. It is detailed with southwestern artifacts.
It has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The jack annd jill bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin size beds.
There is a full bathroom between the Jack and Jill bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks, a walkout shower and a large master closet. There is an additional half bath located close to the living area.
The kitchen is spacious and is next to the dining room that seats 6 people. There is a bar that seats 4 additional people.
There is a patio that goes the full length of the house. The dining area, living room and master suite all have French doors to access the patio. The outdoor area has a picnic table, fire pit, barbeque, chairs and a chaise lounge to enjoy the beautiful views.
There is a long front porch that is adorned with an 8' church pew and a sunken garden. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening wine on the private patios with beautiful mountain views and spectular starry nights.
The rates are $195.00 for 6 or less people. The limit is 8 people with an additional fee of $50 per night per person for the additional people. There is a non-refundable "Pet Fee" of $100.00 for one dog and $50.00 for each additional dog (per week). N o cats are allowed.

Each bedroom has a chair, a night stand with a lamp, and a dresser with a mirror. There are also luggage racks in each room and a large closet with hangers.

Brian's Head is located 75 miles from the house. The base is 10,000 feet. It has many beginner runs as well as intermediate runs.,
