The large kitchen is open to the dining room and family room and multiple windows inviting the sunlight throughout the day. During the warmer months you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the patio stepping out the 2 double doors just off the kitchen or the back patio through the double doors off the dining area.
The main level Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and access to the covered deck at the back of the cabin. The Master bathroom has double vanities, an oversized jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower and private toilet area.
Laundry room/Mud room has plenty of storage for boots, hats, and jackets, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry cleaning supplies included. A closet for additional storage with lots of hooks in the mud room keeps everything neat and organized.
You will find the perfect storage for your skis and/or snow shoes one the walls and cabinets in our attached garage.
The upstairs living areas feature two additional bedrooms, loft game room with pull-out queen size sofa bed, and full bathroom.

PROMONTORY CLUB AMENITIES
This winter Promontory will be opening the Tubing Hill at the Beach House which will have a lift to the top of the hill and you can tube down to the bottom.
Build your own sand castles in the summer and snowmen and snow angels in the winter:)
SKIING
Easy access to the ski resorts with Promontory's Shuttle
The Conservancy operates the shuttle system that transports Residents and Guests between Promontory and various locations around Park City. The Conservancy has established a shuttle system to enable Members and Guests to travel from Promontory to Park City.
The circulating shuttle travels between Promontory’s Ranch Clubhouse Compound, the Upper Deer Valley Alpine Lodge and by special request, The Canyons ski resort.The Sprinter van transports up to 14 passengers.
GUEST CLUB AND GOLF FEES
The Pete Dye Championship Course is open to our guests. The Nicklaus Championship Course is available to our members.
Guests/individuals (who are not members or immediate or extended family of full members) are each only allowed to play a total of four (4) rounds of golf per year.
Limited Resort play is permitted on the Dye Canyon Golf Course only and is permitted during the established and posted seasonal course open and close dates, on or after 11:00 a.m. daily.
Practice Facility use, other than in connection with a scheduled tee time, is restricted to Full Members and their accompanied guests only. Practice facility use for unaccompanied guests and Limited Resort players (allowed on the Dye Course only) is restricted to the hour prior to their scheduled tee time.
Except during specified blackout periods and subject to the guest regulations, unaccompanied Guests who are sponsored by a member are allowed to use the Ranch Clubhouse, the Beach House, and dine in the Shed and must pay the applicable daily or weekly fee to do so. Blackout periods for unaccompanied Guests include the two weeks surrounding Christmas Day (December 25th) and the two weeks surrounding Independence Day (July 4th).
