We are so excited to add this unit with its gorgeous views of Snow Canyon and Pine Valley mountains. This is a 1 bdrm/1bth condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This unit can sleep up to 6 if 2 are small children. There is a large pillow-top queen bed, full sized pullout couch {with memory foam mattress} and a full sized pull down futon. Along with passes to the Green Valley clubhouse I have added use of a Dixie Direct savings card. Great for buy1/get1 savings on food and entertainment in So. Utah.

This condo is also a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit. It has gorgeous stainless appliances, large soaker tub, a comfortable sleeper sofa with memory foam rather than springs, washer and dryer and views of Pine Valley and Snow Canyon that cant be beat!
All of our units are the same size and can accommodate up to 6 guests in beds if at least 2 are small children, otherwise it will sleep 5 adults. Queen bed and pulldown futon in bedroom and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
We offer free high speed wifi, ROKU {Netflix and Hudu access}, and the new amazon ECHO Dot "Hello Alexa, what is the weather like in St George today?"
An added bonus to all of our condos is 6 passes per day to have full access to the Green Valley Clubhouse and use of a Dixie Direct discount card for deals on dinner and entertainment around town.
