Property Description This unit will be the 6th and newest to the Trimmer Vacation
Rentals. This is a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom resort condo with balcony. Full kitchen, newly updated and furnished, flat screens (smart tvs), cable, wifi, washer and dryer and full bathroom with large soaker tub. We also provide a Dixie Direct savings card for you to use during your stay. It has access to not only 2 great resort pool and hot tub areas, but also 6 passes/day to Green Valley clubhouse. This includes multiple pools (kiddie, lap, diving and indoor) a gym, basketball, racquetball, pickleball, volleyball, and tennis courts, large bbq area and mini golf. Las Palmas Resort also has 3 playground areas for our younger guests.
